Effective deviations from these general terms and conditions and supplementary side agreements can only be agreed in writing. PRICES
The prices that are apparent in the web shop are exhibited in Swiss francs ..
The legally required VAT of 7.7 % is included in the prices, and shipping and packaging costs are also also charged.
Mademen tries to keep the prices stable, but reserves the right to adapt prices if raw material prices or tax collection should request this. However, the prices are always valid for the products ordered by customers and specified to the order date and specified on the order confirmation.
ORDER
An order will only receive your validity by a written order confirmation or sending the goods.
Mademen supplies private customers. Mademen reserves the right to reject orders of companies at the special prices for commercial customers if there is no register entry.
By ordering, the customer assumes the available general sales conditions completely and unlimited.
The price, which is specified to the customer on the order confirmation, is invoiced.
PAYMENT
The goods delivered against invoice are to be paid within 14 days.
Special payment agreements are only valid if they have been approved in writing by Mademen.ch.
Mademen reserves the right to raise default interest of 10% if the payment is not made on time.
In the case of partial deliveries, only the costs for the products sent and the shipping costs are charged. Shipping costs are only charged once per order, Mademen assumes after delivery costs
Until the full payment, the delivery remains the property of Mademen
In the case of non -deadline payments, future deliveries will only be delivered against prepayment.
DELIVERY COSTS
The postage and packaging surcharge including goods insurance is 9.90.-

Transport damage
The goods are insured up to CHF 1000 by us.

Return right/exchange
In the event of return, exchange, false orders, etc. Please always specify customer number and invoice number. In the case of shipments without identification information, no gun remuneration can be created.
False orders from the buyer are only unspecified and withdrawn unused. The customer bears the return fee.
In general, incomplete items damaged by the customer are not withdrawn.
Mademen reimburses the buyer immediately after receipt of the goods, either by credit or account transfer.
The buyer has the right to return the goods unopened and unused within a period of 10 days. The buyer bears the return costs. In addition, the postage and packaging fees are charged if no further order follows.
Contractual provision
